Apostates travels for free, A true story !
by Genesis inthe following is a true story that happened to my uncle henrie which left me speachless : .
henrie is a french canadian who is 45 and travels with his girlfriends in the usa far from their home.
but they ran out of cash, food and had nowhere to stay.

Oh deary me....that's really not behaviour to be proud of at all.
It's nothing more than theft and deception.
I just wonder what his 'blushing' girlfriend thinks of your uncle. Hopefully she'll have a bit of sense in her and she'll realise if he can do this to complete strangers-regardless of his 'getting back at WTS' excuse, he can do this to anyone-including her.
This doesn't get back at WTS at all, it's just robbed an innocent family of their money and kindness-regardless of whether they're wealthy or not.
Not a pleasant story at all.

Also, just another little point...
If you are thinking of starting to sell stuff, ebay provides PAGES of info on how to get started.
It is really easy too, once you get the hang of it.
If I can do it ANYONE can!

I usually weigh and wrap everything after I've taken photo's of the stuff I wanna sell. I then weigh it at home on my kitchen scales and have a list of postal charges that I downloaded from Royal Mail so I know how much it'll cost to post in the UK. I then add on to the postal charge the cost of the padded envelope/wrapping paper/box (depending on what I'm selling) on top of the postage cost and if you live quite a distance from a post office it's good to add a little money on top for your petrol/gas expenses.
You'll very rarely buy something from ebay and find the amount you paid for postage is exactly the amount it cost for them to post it. It's not unreasonable to charge a little extra for the wrap etc. and ebay don't take a dim view of that either. Unless you're charging WAY over the postage costs-which a lot of sellers do to avoid paying sellers fee's.
If there's a particular item you're wanting to sell, try look up a similar item that's already listed. It can give you a good idea how to describe your item too. I'd recommend reading all the small print that regular sellers put in their listings too, it can help you decide what terms to put in your listing (whether you'll accept returns and offer refunds if the items you're selling don't fit or generally aren't suited to the buyer etc etc)
It is very exciting though (if you're as sad as I am anyway!) and it can be quite a money spinner but as with everything it takes a bit of practise.
OMG!!! How sad am I?! I know too much!!
Hope this helps though!!!!

I've found some fab bargains on ebay too.
To prevent myself from spending too much money, what I usually do is sell some of my unwanted junk first, save up some money in my Paypal account and then use only what's in my account to buy new stuff. That way I never really spend any money...well, that's what I keep telling myself anyway!!
I had a MASSIVE clear out and sold loads of stuff a couple of months ago. There were so many things I thought wouldn't sell but they did!! I bought myself a return ticket to India to meet up with my fiance (he's in the Navy & was stationed over there for a few weeks a while ago) with the money I made!! I just wish I could type quicker so that I wouldn't take SOOOOO long listing every detail!
It's fun but very time consuming-the number of days I've lost to Ebay!!

You might be a Witness, if ... (in the spirit of redneck jokes)
by free2beme infeel free to add on.. if you ever went to another religions funeral, and handed out watchtower publications and thought that was okay ... you might be a witness.
if you thought you were getting to old, and needed to get married as soon as possible and were only 20 ... you might be a witness.
if you remember preaching "the end is near" for over twenty years, and claim to be okay that it did not come yet ... you might be a witness.

If, when accused of being brainwashed, you reply "Well I'd rather have a clean brain than a dirty one!" and think you're in any way funny and not slighty strange..you might well be a JW.

OMG Spray Tan Disaster !!!!
by Sirona innow i wasn't going to share this, but i just have to!
i can't tan (had melanoma skin cancer) so i decided that for the long-awaited bbq on saturday i'd treat myself to a "spray-tan".
for those of you who don't know, its false tanning where you are sprayed with the tanning all over and it lasts about a week.. what a disaster!.

Ooooh! Just remembered:
If you have sensitive skin, forget the washing powder thing. Use a small pile of salt and a tiny amount of olive/vegetable oil instead.
That can be used as a lovely and cheap exfoliaton treatment anytime too. It works wonders. (again, sorry if you already know this!!)

Oh dear!
Ok, I was a self employed beauty therapist for many years before i moved down to Cornwall so not sure if I'm trying to teach you how to suck eggs with this but here goes....
If your hands are stained quite badly, the best thing I've found to get it off is washing powder. Put a little pile about the size of a 50p piece in your hand, add a tiny bit of water and rub vigorously. Don't get it all over the backs of your hands or up your wrists though as could make white patches where it touches and don't do this if you have any cuts on your fingers/hands. Make sure you rinse the powder of thoroughly too, I'd never recommend this for any other purpose but this. Washing powder + hands = DRY!! Plenty of hand cream afterwards.
If you're gonna try to blend in the streaky bits it's best to apply a body moisturiser first and rub that way, not water or a damp cloth as that'll just create more streaks. It is however good to rub very gently over knees, ankles, soflty over toes, collar bone, ankles with a lightly damped face cloth to prevent them turning a deep orange colour.
Also, if there is a skin problem that would prevent the spray tan being applied properly she should've told you this before she applied it & took your money!!! Bearing in mind that an airbrush is used to spraypaint surfaces much more uneven than skin!
I've had loads of bad self tan experiences (on myself, not my clients thankfully!) It can be a nightmare!! If she used the tinted spraytan it should look much better after you've showered off the tint.
Good luck!!
